Highlights of Our Program
Understanding Mergers and Acquisitions
You will learn about mergers and acquisitions and investment banking (e.g., gain a comprehensive understanding of the transaction process, the language of investment bankers, etc.).
One-on-one Mentorship
Your mentor will work closely with you to provide tailored consultation and guidance. They will offer one-on-one support, answer any questions you may have, and provide feedback to help you develop your skills and knowledge.

Recommendation Letters
Upon successful completion of the internship program, participants will receive a recommendation letter for their future school or job applications, as well as a certificate as proof of completion.
Hands-on Experience with Transactions
You will participate in the firm’s transactions by working on real, live transactions. This will provide you with an in-depth understanding of companies, markets, and the M&A process.
Engaging in Video Conferences
You will have multiple video conferences. Your active participation will be crucial to the success of these meetings. You will be able to provide valuable insights, ask thoughtful questions, and work collaboratively with your mentor to achieve the desired outcome.
